Accepting who we are is the beginning of healing; recognizing that we cannot face our own demons is also the process of restoration. Acceptance of others despite their downfalls, accepting them for who they are is also accepting who you are.
Anti-Semitism - is prejudice, discrimination, hatred towards the Jews? Why is it that Christians despise the Jews; yet claim to love a Jewish Messiah, a Rabbi?
NO JEWS ALLOWED, DO NOT CONVERT US TO JUDAISM! NO ONE IS CONVERTING NO ONE INTO JUDAISM. THE FACT IS THAT THE JESUS THAT YOU CLAIM TO LOVE IS NOT A CHRISTIAN, BUT AN ORTHODOX JEW, RAISED BY JEWISH PARENTS, AND LOVER OF TORAH. HE IS TORAH, HE IS THE WORD. LEARN YOUR HISTORY. YOU CALL THE JEWS STIFF NECKED PEOPLE ACCORDING TO TORAH, BUT WHAT ARE CHRISTIANS? ARE THEY NOT ALSO DISOBEYING HIS TORAH?

Baby Steps, turning into Giant Leaps I love the quote, “how do you eat an elephant?” Answer, “one bite at a time.” The bites that I am taking are small, and intense. I am taking my time and evaluating every motion of the action in my mouth. The deliberate sequence in the chewing process where I am making sure I have the ingredients broken down so I can digest everything properly. I am breaking down the events in my day, one bite at a time. First of all, did I pray? I need to stop what I am doing and get my pilots approval before I take off. I do not want to have interference from bad weather, unforeseen traffic, delays, or cancellations. I want my trip to be safe, a smooth ride, and safe landing. I am taking a small bite of my thoughts. Thinking too much and moving slow will make my day restless. Now I will have to move faster and think on my feet, so I can see progress. Balance is always important. Balance is the key to harmony. When you are in harmony, the tune is lovely. Every one loves nice music that sounds great. The music is inspiring and has influence in the creative process of life. Nurturing of the soul is the best way to capitalize on control. Being out of control is deep rooted. When your soul is properly fed, your body is developing strong and solid. There is no room for imperfection when striving for foundation. The ground floor has to be firm. When there is doubt, there is hesitation. Always have a plan of action and act on the plan. As the levels of growth and development emerge, so will confidence, control, and progress. Moving and striving will surely turn into success. Don’t give up. As the days and years go by, the creative plan, the goals are show cased for everyone to enjoy. When you see the work you’ve done, then you know you have won! I am so glad that I listened to my inner voice, speaking to my heart, not my brain. When you listen to your heart, your brain is already at attention. It is imperative that all things are good and in alignment with the dreams and goals. The alignment will take you straight to the top of the ladder. I have chewed slowly, and acted quickly. Exercising after eating the food, the shape is beautiful and turning heads. The ideas are cultivated and harvest time is here. Stepping on the road to freedom and leaping into the arms of comfort. There is peace in accomplishing goal and dreams. The reward is fulfilling and the steps are leaps of joy! Written by, Bertha Montgomery

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given
to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you
must honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NLT)
And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he
has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice - the kind he will find acceptable.
Romans 12:1 (NLT)
You must serve only the LORD your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I
will protect you from illness. Exodus 23:25 (NLT)
They will turn to the Lord, and He will respond to their pleas and heal them. Isaiah 19:22
They (hypocrites) will say it is wrong to be married and wrong to eat certain foods. But God
created those foods to be eaten with thanks by faithful people who know the truth. Since
everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks. For we
know it is made acceptable by the word of God and prayer. 1 Timothy 4:3-5

Flat Stomach War We are in a battle. The war is within ourselves. Everyday I look in the mirror, I see the battle of the bulge. What weapon should I choose today to fight this battle? I begin to think, hmmm, I could stop eating the deadly white toxins that are unhealthy. I could do sit ups until I pass out. I could walk feaverously around the block like a mad woman. I am in a terrible struggle with no one else but myself. Self is the biggest enemy. What is the best course of action to eliminate self? Well, I have been told when you get self out of the way, then you can conquer your biggest delima. Self control, is what this war is about. Controlling that inner voice that speaks to you when you think you are out of the line of fire. The voice is saying, you know a little won’t hurt. I was sitting on the couch eating a healthy salad and as I was eating, the thoughts of eating something sweet came to my mind. The battle is starting already and I haven’t finished my salad. I started eating faster so I could get up and look for something sweet. How crazy is that? I started saying to myself, now you know that is the spirit of temptation. What amination do I need to destroy that spirit? I need to drink my Kangen Alkaline Water! Yes, water will dilute the cravings and fill me up. I will not desire the sweet stuff. I drank the water and immediately I felt like I had conquered another war with temptation. You should have food around that is healthy. If you like to nibble during the day, choose healthy foods instead of foods that will cause harm to your body. Every time you injest foods that are not healthy, this puts a strain on your major organs. Your body has to work hard to eliminate the toxins that develop when you eat unhealthy foods. This is what causes your stomach to become large. Your midsection increases because it is producing fat to help protect your vital organs from the toxins. The toxins are stored in the fat so that it doesn’t store in your vital organs. Our bodies will send signals to what ever area it needs to protect itself for survial. This is how God created our bodies, because he knew man will destroy himself. He designed our bodies to protect itself from what we would ultimately do to it with our destructive behaviors. Now is the time to make a decision. How long do I want to continue with this destructive behavior? The war will not end until I decide enough is enough; this is not a healthy way of life and if I don’t stop this on my own, my body may make the decision for me and I may not like what the consequences will be for my unhealthy habits. I am holding up my hands to the Lord to surrender my life. Lord I need your help. The Lord will fight my battle for me. He is the only one that can save me from myself. If this is your struggle today, ask the Lord to help you and he will pave the way. The battle is over, because when you ask the Lord sincerely, in his name, He will do it right away. Victory is mine today, because the Lord has made a way! By, Bertha Montgomery
